Our Story

Revival Off-Road was born from frustration; and a refusal to accept “that’s just how it is” as an answer. 

I’m Jess, the founder of Revival Off-Road, and like many Aussie 4WD owners, I was told the only solution for faded, tired powder-coated bar work was to strip it back and start again. Sandblast it. Re-powdercoat it. Accept the cost.

That never sat right with me.

I knew there had to be a better way. Something easy to apply, effective, and long-lasting for everyday vehicle owners who actually use their rigs. Testing, refining, learning, and real-world application followed. Not shortcuts. Just honest work, done properly.

That process was backed by over 20 years of chemical manufacturing experience. The original formulation was developed in 2016 by my dad, a chemical manufacturer, and has been continuously tested, refined, and applied in real Aussie conditions ever since. What exists today is the result of years of continual development to meet real-world challenges, not a rushed product, not a rebrand, and not something pulled off a shelf.

Revival Off-Road products are proudly formulated and tested in Australia, designed specifically for harsh Aussie conditions, and built around one simple belief:
