2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities at any time.
Once an order has been submitted and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless covered under our Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. Orders will not ship until payment is received.
We accept Shopify Payments, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
(Shopify Payments covers all major debit and credit cards processed securely at checkout.)
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility unless a promotion states otherwise.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers — a valid street address and mobile number are required for delivery.
Once dispatched, Revival Off-Road is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund & Return Policy before purchase.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
6. Use of Products
All Revival Off-Road products are designed for external vehicle and surface use only.
Follow all safety directions on labels and instruction sheets.
We are not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revival Off-Road and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
