• Gutters & roofing
• Commercial exteriors
• Powder-coated surfaces
• Colorbond
• Aluminium
• Galvanised surfaces
COVERAGE: Approximately 8–10m² per litre

Faded doesn't always mean finished. It might just be ready for a Revival.

REJUVENATE. PROTECT. EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR SURFACE.
Revive Coat is designed to rejuvenate and protect suitable faded, dull and weathered exterior surfaces - without the time, cost and mess of repainting.
Applied over a properly prepared surface, Revive Coat enhances the existing colour and appearance while adding a protective coating against ongoing environmental exposure.
SUITABLE SURFACES
Revive Coat is designed for suitable:
• Colorbond
• Powdercoat
• Aluminium
• Galvanised surfaces
Making it ideal for garage doors, pool fencing, gates, sheds, gutters, roofing and a range of residential and commercial exterior applications.
REJUVENATION - NOT REPAIR
Revive Coat works with the existing surface and coating.
It is designed to rejuvenate fading, dullness and weathering - it cannot repair peeling, flaking, corrosion, physical damage or a coating that has already failed.
Surface condition and preparation are critical to the final result.
LONG-LASTING PROTECTION
When correctly prepared, applied and maintained, Revive Coat can provide long-lasting results for up to 5 years, depending on the surface, application and environmental exposure.
COVERAGE
Approximately 8–10m² per litre, depending on surface condition and application.
NO SANDING. NO MASKING. NO PAINTING.
A simpler way to bring tired exterior surfaces back to life.
IS YOUR SURFACE READY FOR A REVIVAL?
Revive Coat is designed to rejuvenate and protect existing surfaces and coatings. The condition and integrity of that surface matters.
✓ READY TO REVIVE
Generally suitable for surfaces that are:
• Faded or sun damaged
• Dull or lacking colour
• Chalky or weathered
• Unevenly faded from UV exposure
• Still intact and structurally sound
⚠ TEST FIRST
Always test first if the surface is:
• Heavily weathered
• Extremely chalky
• Unevenly deteriorated
• Previously treated with unknown products
Previous waxes, silicones, dressings, coatings, cleaners or other treatments may affect the final result.
✕ REPAIR OR REFINISH
Revive Coat cannot repair surfaces that are:
• Peeling or flaking
• Lifting or blistering
• Significantly corroded
• Chipped or physically damaged
• No longer properly bonded or structurally sound
These surfaces may require repair, refinishing or replacement before applying Revive Coat.
ALWAYS TEST BEFORE FULL APPLICATION
Thoroughly clean and prepare a small, inconspicuous test area and allow it to completely dry.
Apply Revive Coat and allow the test patch to fully dry.
Only proceed with the full application once you're satisfied with the result.
NOT SURE?
Stop and ask before you apply.
Send us clear photos of the surface and we'll help determine whether Revive Coat may be suitable.
Faded doesn't always mean finished. It might just be ready for a Revival.
SURFACE PREPARATION IS KEY
The final result starts with the prep.
Thoroughly clean the surface to remove dirt, grease, salt, grime and contaminants.
If the surface needs to be washed more than once - wash it again.
Rinse thoroughly and allow the surface to completely dry before applying Revive Coat.
Poor surface preparation can lead to poor application results, including streaking, patchiness or an uneven finish.
CHECK THE CONDITIONS
Before applying, make sure the surface is:
• Clean
• Completely dry
• Cool to touch
• Out of direct sunlight
Do not apply Revive Coat when the outside air temperature is below 10°C.
If temperatures are between 10–15°C, we recommend waiting for a warmer day where possible - ideally around 20°C.
Remember, the surface itself can be a different temperature to the surrounding air.
This is particularly important with metal surfaces, which can heat or cool significantly compared with the surrounding air.
Temperature, humidity and weather conditions will directly affect drying and curing times.
Do not apply if rain is imminent or the surface is likely to get wet during the drying period.
TEST FIRST
Always apply Revive Coat to a small, inconspicuous test area and allow it to fully dry before continuing.
Only proceed once you're satisfied with the test area.
WORK IN MANAGEABLE SECTIONS
For large surfaces such as garage doors, fencing, sheds and exterior panels, work methodically in manageable sections.
Do not attempt to coat an excessively large area at once.
This helps maintain consistent product coverage, pressure and application technique.
APPLY LIGHTLY & EVENLY
Apply a small amount of Revive Coat using a suitable applicator.
Apply a light, even coat in one direction.
For large, flat surfaces, use an applicator pad to help maintain even pressure and consistent product distribution.
Less is more.
Avoid excess product or allowing product to build up and run down vertical surfaces.
DON'T OVERWORK IT
Once Revive Coat begins to dry, leave it alone.
Do not rub, buff or repeatedly go back over the area.
Overworking the product can contribute to streaking, patchiness or an uneven finish.
If you've missed an area, allow the coat to fully dry before correcting it.
ALLOW IT TO DRY
Drying time is weather dependent and will vary with temperature, humidity and surrounding conditions.
As a general guide, allow approximately 1 hour or more between coats in suitable conditions.
In cooler conditions below 15°C, allow approximately 2 hours or longer between coats.
Always judge the surface - not just the clock.
If the first coat still feels tacky, it is not dry. DO NOT apply the second coat.
Wait until the first coat is completely dry before continuing.
ALLOW IT TO CURE
Revive Coat continues to harden after application.
Depending on environmental conditions, it will generally take around 1–2 days to develop full hardness.
In cooler conditions, the curing process may take up to 7 days.
Avoid unnecessary exposure to water, harsh cleaners or chemicals while the coating is curing.
REMEMBER
PREP PROPERLY. CHECK THE WEATHER. WORK IN SECTIONS. LIGHT COATS. LET IT DRY. DON'T OVERWORK IT.
SURFACE PREPARATION IS KEY
Poor surface preparation can lead to poor application results.
Dirt, grease, contaminants or previous products left on the surface can affect how Revive Coat applies, dries and bonds.
If the surface needs more cleaning - clean it again before applying.
STREAKY OR UNEVEN?
Common causes include:
• Too much product
• Uneven application pressure
• Overworking the product as it dries
• Poor surface preparation
• Applying to a warm or hot surface
• Direct sunlight
• Cold or unsuitable weather conditions
• Previous treatments or contamination
• Attempting to cover too large an area at once
• Variations in the existing surface
Allow Revive Coat to completely dry before assessing the finish.
Do not immediately apply more product.
RUNS OR DRIPS?
This generally indicates too much product has been applied.
Apply Revive Coat in light, even coats and avoid overloading the applicator or allowing product to build up on vertical surfaces.
PATCHY FINISH?
Patchiness can be caused by:
• Poor or uneven preparation
• Uneven application
• Too much product in some areas
• Going back over partially dried product
• Temperature differences across the surface
• Previous products or contamination
• Uneven weathering or deterioration
Large exterior surfaces can also experience different levels of UV exposure and surface temperature across the same area.
Allow the surface to fully dry before assessing the final result.
STILL TACKY?
If it's tacky, it's not dry.
DO NOT apply another coat.
Drying time varies depending on temperature, humidity and weather conditions.
Below 15°C, allow approximately 2 hours or longer between coats.
Do not apply Revive Coat below 10°C.
THE EXISTING SURFACE LOOKS DAMAGED
Revive Coat cannot repair an existing coating or surface that has failed.
Peeling, flaking, blistering, lifting, significant corrosion or loss of adhesion indicates deterioration that may require repair or refinishing.
Rejuvenating an aged or weathered surface may also make pre-existing imperfections, deterioration or variations more noticeable.
NEED TO CORRECT AN APPLICATION?
Stop before adding more product.
Allow the surface to completely dry before attempting to correct the finish.
Do not immediately apply additional coats or use solvents or chemicals without first determining what has caused the issue.
