It removes dirt, salt, road grime and contaminants without relying on harsh cleaning agents that can unnecessarily strip or interfere with protected surfaces.
Use it before applying Rig Revive or Rig Renew - then keep using it to maintain your rig afterwards.

Rig Wash is a pH-neutral detergent designed to thoroughly clean your rig while remaining gentle on coatings, finishes and previously treated surfaces.
It has two important jobs within the Revival system:
BEFORE APPLICATION - CLEAN & PREP
Use Rig Wash before applying Rig Revive or Rig Renew to remove dirt, grease, salt, road grime and contaminants.
A properly cleaned surface gives your Revival products the best possible foundation for application.
If the surface needs washing more than once - wash it again.
AFTER APPLICATION - MAINTAIN
Once your Revival products have fully cured, use Rig Wash for regular maintenance to help keep treated surfaces clean without unnecessarily attacking the protective finish.
It's particularly important after exposure to:
• Salt & coastal conditions
• Sand
• Mud
• Red dust
• Road grime
• General outdoor contaminants

SURFACE PREPARATION IS KEY

If dirt, grease, previous products or contaminants remain - wash it again.
For heavily contaminated surfaces or surfaces with previous waxes, silicones, dressings or coatings, additional preparation may be required.

Allow the applied product to fully cure before washing.
Once cured, use Rig Wash for ongoing maintenance.
BEACH OR COASTAL USE?
Wash your rig after every trip to remove salt, sand and contaminants.
Don't let salt sit there doing its worst while you admire how good your rig looks!
RINSE FIRST
Rinse the surface with clean water to remove loose dirt, sand and debris.
MIX RIG WASH
Dilute Rig Wash with clean water according to the product instructions.
WASH
Using a clean wash mitt, sponge or suitable applicator, wash the surface thoroughly to remove dirt, salt, grease, road grime and contaminants.
Work methodically and avoid allowing the wash solution to dry on the surface.
RINSE THOROUGHLY
Rinse thoroughly with clean water until all wash residue has been removed.
ALLOW TO DRY
If preparing for Rig Revive or Rig Renew, allow the surface to completely dry before continuing.
Don't rush this step.
PREPPING FOR A REVIVAL?
Inspect the surface once clean.
If contamination, grease or residue remains - wash it again.
Rig Revive and Rig Renew should only be applied once the surface has been properly prepared.
MAINTAINING A TREATED SURFACE?
Make sure Rig Revive or Rig Renew has fully cured before washing.
For regular maintenance, use Rig Wash as required to remove dirt and environmental contaminants.
For beach or coastal use, wash after every trip to remove salt and sand.
REMEMBER
